I purchased the USM modular 2 column Cabinet and am very happy with the final assembly. The delivery time was quite significant (15 weeks as opposed to 10 weeks initially estimated) but the team communicated this after a gentle reminder due to shipment issues from China. I used to work in logistics and it’s not unusual for this to happen when there is sea shipping, take in consideration customs clearance and final courier delivery interstate there’s just many variables. My only recommendation for those considering to purchase this is to request up front a quote for assembly service. The items come flat packed and even with the video instructions it is not that simple. I had to hire an external professional furniture assembler I found on Airtasker who did the job in Sydney in 2 hours (would possibly take me double the time) and charged me a fair $150 for the job. Jacasa were very communicative, apologetic for the delay so I’d still recommend them but just keep all this feedback as a learning. I’m very happy with the cabinet - looks really beautiful in my home office.
