Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order and require approximately 8–10 weeks for production.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and finish selected.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, product size, and delivery requirements. Shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are standard delivery charges for most orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items, multiple furniture pieces, or remote locations. We will contact you before processing any additional charges.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days and provide photographs of both the item and its packaging.

Assembly & Installation

Some products require assembly.

Professional installation is available for selected products at an additional cost.

Delays caused by manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
