Refund policy

As most of our products are made to order and many are available in custom colours, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to a change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you have any questions about colours, dimensions, or configurations, we’re always happy to help before you purchase.

Damages and Manufacturing Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
* A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair, or reshipment where applicable.

Warranty

All JA/CASA products are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Minor cosmetic variations
* Accidental damage
* Misuse or improper use
* Incorrect assembly or installation
* Damage caused after delivery

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or resend the affected product or component at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or where a manufacturing defect cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider several business days to complete the transaction.
